The rates below include the vehicle and moving crew. Final cost still depends on travel distance, stairs, parking, elevator access, item difficulty, and whether the move includes pianos, large appliances, glass, marble, or other heavy and delicate items.

Smaller Local Moves

  • 1 mover with vehicle: $60/hour
  • 2 movers with vehicle: $90/hour

26 ft Truck

Larger Residential & Heavy Jobs

  • 2 movers with 26 ft truck: $110/hour
  • 3 movers with 26 ft truck: $150/hour
  • 4 movers with 26 ft truck: $190/hour
  • 5+ movers for large moves: custom quote

Base Pricing Rules

  • Two-hour minimum charge. After the first two hours, time is billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Time starts when the vehicle arrives at the scheduled moving location.
  • An empty truck or travel fee is added based on distance as a fuel and route subsidy.

Extra Charges & Included Work

  • Large appliances, pianos, glass cabinets, marble tabletops, and other high-risk items must be declared in advance and may require extra charges.
  • Boxes, packing support, and extra protective film can be provided for an additional charge.
  • Basic disassembly and reassembly during the move for items such as bed frames, tables, shelving, treadmills, and washing machines is included at no extra charge when feasible.
