Base Pricing Rules
- Two-hour minimum. After the first two hours, time is billed in 30-minute increments; any partial half hour counts as a full half hour.
- Time starts when the vehicle arrives at the scheduled moving location.
- A fuel / travel surcharge is added based on vehicle type, distance, and actual job locations.
- Cash is accepted. EMT / e-Transfer payments are subject to tax, and an official invoice can be provided.
Extra Charges & Notes
- Large appliances, pianos, glass cabinets, marble tabletops, safes, and other items over about 200 lb must be declared in advance and may require extra charges.
- Boxes, packing support, and extra protective materials can be provided for an additional charge.
- Basic disassembly and reassembly for items such as bed frames, tables, shelving, treadmills, and washing machines can usually be arranged when disclosed at booking; complex or last-minute requests may incur extra charges.
- Please tell us in advance about stairs, elevator bookings, loading restrictions, parking limits, or long carry distances so we can plan crew, truck, and quote accurately.
- Nursing home moves receive 20% off. Eligibility and final price are confirmed at booking.
