- Send a wide driveway photo that shows the full slope, any overhead branches and the turning radius — a double-wide driveway on a curve can still prevent a truck from reaching the garage door.
- Older Aurora Heights bungalows often have a side or rear entry for basement access. Photograph the complete route from the basement room through the stair turn to whichever exterior door the crew will use.
- Hills of St Andrew and Aurora Estates homes commonly have garage workshops and hobby rooms with heavy benches, tool chests and seasonal equipment. List these separately and flag anything that needs draining or disassembly before transport.

A short distance between Aurora communities still involves loading, transport and unloading time. The 404 corridor connects Aurora to Richmond Hill and Markham quickly, and Yonge Street runs directly to Newmarket.
Should garage and basement contents be included in the quote?
Yes. Aurora houses frequently have workshop tools, shelving, lawn equipment and basement furniture that can change the load significantly. List them separately from household boxes. Flag anything that needs draining, disassembly or special handling — garden equipment with fuel, large workbenches, or freezers — so the crew arrives prepared.
